Doc here, a man who some say has the skin texture of a wood duck, with today's Good Doctor's Pic Pics of the Day.

It's been awhile since we have the gorgeous Gloryhole Nancy grace the front page of The Journal of Adult Theaters. As one of the legendary ladies  in this thing of ours, I for one can never get enough Nancy.
