Flash Report! Senior Reporter JaxBchBum Returns with a Vegas & Points South Overview in October 2019!

Doc here, a man who some say provided the voice of the cartoon legend Pascal the Parrot in the cartoon series "Mrs. Robinson's Pokies", which aired in color on Canadian television in the early 1980's.

There is perhaps no more mysterious location in this thing of ours than the Las Vegas area. There are close to a dozen adult theaters (of the micro-mini variety), and in my opinion, since the closing of Babe's Adult Theaters (which was kind of awesome), they are all very weak.

However, an equally mysterious man, one of the original reporters here at The Journal (dating back to 2009) popped up in Vegas and points south, got the lay of the land, and has submitted the following report.

Take it away and welcome back, JaxBchBum!

Doc,

I visited Sin City for a business meeting last month and had a free afternoon, so I decided to check out the local scene.  The adult theater venues in Vegas have really suffered over the last couple of years, so I ventured down to Bullhead City, about a two hour drive south, to visit some theaters listed in your database.
Adult City
Bullhead City, AZ
The first was Adult City ABS.  The theater there only has a three-person couch and three chairs, so I would not regard it as “couple friendly” due to its small size. The admission fee was reasonable ($6 with in/out privileges all day), but for the few hours I was there, I had the place all to myself.
Personal Preference
Bullhead City, AZ
Next was Personal Preferences, and it was a totally different story there.  Like their setup in Mesa,AZ, there are two small theaters. On couples night (Saturdays and Tuesdays from 8:00-11:00 pm) they lock the door between the theaters and only couples are allowed in the smaller couples theater. The couples theater has 3 - 4 couches. The "regular" theater has three rows of couches and can handle about 15 people.

Couples used to be free, but now all male customers must pay the $10 admission fee which is good for six hours. Females are always free. The clerk told me they had to implement the charge as they were having to spend an inordinate amount of time cleaning the theater as well as repairing damage to the couches after couples nights.

I was there on a Tuesday night, and one young couple ventured over to the regular theater.  They put on quite the show!! As they settled into the front row, she shucked her dress off and went down on hubby for a while.  Then she climbed on top and rode him cowgirl style - forward and reverse. No audience participation but an enjoyable scene nonetheless.
Romantix (Near Nellis AFB)

Las Vegas, NV
I also have an additional listing for your database in the Vegas area...Romantix ABS near Nellis Air Force Base (4350 Las Vegas Blvd North).  It’s open 24/7 and has the usual ABS fare, with videos for rental and sale, an arcade, and a new theater. The theater has three rows of metal chairs with mesh pattern seats and backs...not the most comfortable. Admission is $9 for males (not sure about couples) with in/out privileges up to 2:00 a.m. The staff is friendly staff and the theater and seating is clean.

That’s all from the sunny South West for now.  Until next time!
