After an enormous (and expensive) amount of work on the 101 year old cinema's infrastructure (including a brand new state of the art fire alarm system, refurbishing the cinema's seats, creating new aisles, painting, and much more), and final sign-off by the city of Hartford, the Art Cinema re-opens in the next few days.
The Art Cinema published this video to YouTube earlier today:
The Good Doctor will be publishing and posting the exact opening day and time, and will link to the Art Cinema's website when The Journal confirms when the doors are popped open for the first time since January of 2019.Congrats to the Art Cinema's owner Ernie, to Project Manager Dave, to Ernie's long-time right hand man Tosho, and thank you to all the kind people who donated time, money, and energy to get the mighty Art back open again!

Thanks,
Doc
