Good readers of The Journal, you are in for a wonderful Monday treat!  Hugh Mungus returns with his second report, and it's another doozy of great intel, funny narrative, and some creative boning all in one serving size. 

In this report, Hugh Mungus returns to Personal Preference in Mesa, AZ.  As a veteran of many conflicts within the foxhole at PP, he has some solid insight into this adult theater/abs that should not be missed.

PERSONAL PREFERENCE
The cactus outside Personal Preference (PP) was more twisted than the belief Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump actually care about us. I sat in a bug-baked jalopy, gazing through the greasy windshield at the neon porn theater sign. Inside the licentious locale, a pocketful of spent condoms, and six minutes of sweat on the hardwood floor, were the sole reminders I'd even been there.

Although the Moon wasn't quite full, it was brighter than bleached teeth, and illuminated the desert around me. A mile to my right, the scant lights of this burg just stopped. They didn't flicker out; they simply ended where asphalt ceased, and gritty desolation began.

I was on the fringes of nowhere. In a macrocosmic sense, I reminded myself, every human on Earth is on the outer reaches of nothing, as we hurtle through space, far-removed from the more populated portions of this galaxy.

Cinema One Re-opens After Fire!
Great news comes our way courtesy of my good friends Mark & Christine, who ran two outstanding Yahoo Groups back in the day focused on the adult theater scene.

This morning The Good Doctor received a note from Mark & Christine that stated that Cinema One had re-opened after a pretty severe fire on November 7, 2016.  Here is a link to the prior report:

This is great news, as it is the "home theater" to a few legendary ladies in this thing of ours.  I have also been there, and enjoyed it a lot when I attended.

Doc here, a man who some say has remained friends with his ex-schoolmate, Enzo the Baker, since the 70's. Never afraid of trouble, he stayed to help. For my father.

The Good Doctor's Pic of the Day: Natasha at The Art Cinema in Hartford

Doc here, a man who some say was once regarded as the future of law enforcement, with another chapter in The Good Doctor's Pic of the Day.

Tonight we feature my good friend Natasha, who hails from New England (nice house too!). Standing next to Natasha for the first time in the lobby at one of the early Art Cinema parties I hosted in 2014 in Hartford, one could not help picture us as the arch enemies of one Bullwinkle J. Mouse and Rocky the Squirrel. She was the hot & tall brunette, and The Good Doctor was the short mustached evil mastermind. Later that evening, in the balcony of The Art Cinema, we indeed got evil. 

The next party after that initial meeting, we did a photo shoot in the balcony of The Art Cinema and this is one of my favorite images from that shoot.

Doc here, a man who some say loves the danger of condiments... On Thursday, The Good Doctor featured Ms. PIPY, and hot little blonde who has been a contributor here at The Journal for many years.  The response was great, as it normally is when she appears.

This morning, when doing some file maintenance for The Journal, I came across an image of Ms. PIPY I have not published.  Shame on The Good Doctor.

International Flash Report! The Traveler Raises The Bar at 2x2 on Grand Canary Island

Doc here, a man who some say attempted to kayak across the Atlantic, only making it 14 nautical miles before remembering that he left the stove on, and had to return home. 

2017 reports here at The Journal are off to a great start!  Earlier this week, a dynamite report from Hugh Mungus writing about Mon Chalet in Aurora, CO, and now The Traveler raises the bar on his International Flash Reports!  

The Traveler visited a lifestyle club on Grand Canary Island named 2x2, and it is all sorts of awesome (the report and seemingly, the club).  I have also dropped in a few pics from 2x2's Facebook page to add some eye candy to the report.

I suggest dedicating some time to this report, perhaps re-reading it after an initial review. I did, and discovered things I missed on the first pass. A lot to digest (in a very good way).

2x2 Lifestyle Club, Gran Canaria, Canary Islands

Doc, my travel for the summer of 2016 was coming to a close but I had one last stop planned and it turned out to better than I could imagine. I was in the Canary Islands during the month of September. They’re located in the Atlantic Ocean several hundred kilometers from the coast of Morocco but they are a Spanish territory so it feels a lot like you’re vacationing in Spain.

I was in a resort area called Maspalomas, on Gran Canaria, the largest of the Canary Islands. The beaches stretched for miles and were as wide as a city block. Massive sand dunes separating them from the bungalows and hotels in the area.

This location is a favorite destination for the lifestyle community in Europe. A section of the beach is dedicated to the naturalist (nude) sunbathers and the sand dunes are a favorite place for sexual activates of all kinds. You can spend your days watching the nude sunbathers and participating in the sexual activities in the sand dunes, but for me it was the night time activities that made this place special. This is a review of a lifestyle club called 2x2, which is located in the Sandia Plaza in Playa del Ingles.

Flash Report! Romantix (San Fernando Rd.) in LA by Hugh Johnston

Doc here, a man who some say was the little seen sixth member of the Bay City Rollers, with a quick Flash Report from Journal contributor Hugh Johnston.

Hugh hit Romantix in Los Angeles, and got a pulse from what is normally a barren adult theater landscape.  Are times a-changing in LA?  Let's find out...

Not much to report, but went to Romantix on San Fernando Rd. in LA last week (week of 1/1/9/17) and did encounter a couple there. I was there from around 10:30pm to after 12 midnight, and at about 11:30 they came in. 

A Quick Note from The Good Doctor: New Search Feature for The Journal!

Doc here, a man who some say was member of the underwater recovery team searching for the luxury liner "Grande Palle", that dropped into the ocean sometime in the 1930's, shriveling under the weight of all that cold water. 

After 5 different iterations of buggy search tools I have loaded onto The Journal in it's almost 8 year existence, I finally have one that works! There are 2,698 reports on The Journal, and now you can sort it's results. And it's located on the right hand sidebar!

For example, type in "Cinema 1", hit "Search",and presto chango, you have reports from Chattanooga's adult theater of choice. You can then sort by date, or return back to the original homepage. You can also search by reporter name, or any keyword.

Couple's Flash Report! Twistingly Returns to 15th Ave. Adult Theater in Chicago for a Matinee (w/4 PICS)

Doc here, a man who some say feels most comfortable while wearing a fez, with a dynamite Couple's Flash Report from my good friend Twistingly. 

In this report, Twistingly visited 15th Ave. Adult Theater in Chicago on a recent afternoon, accompanied by Journal contributor Raygun. 

One of the things I love about Twistingly's reports is her ability to take you (the good reader of The Journal) and have you experience her visit.  This is no black and white play-by-play kids. This is an experience that she is giving us access to.

We arrived at 15th Ave. and parked in back. Although we had talked about it, I was still a little nervous about going inside. I was hoping not to be noticed, but knew there was little chance of that. Raygun knew it too and suggested we sit and wait for another couple to arrive before going in. That would give us someone to watch and take some of the attention away from us. Fortunately, another couple arrived almost immediately. We waited a few minutes and then followed them inside.

We stepped up to the counter ready to pay only to find that couples were free all week. Bonus! I tried to bee-line it into the safe, dark theater, but RG, who was holding my hand, tugged me in the opposite direction. He wanted to look around first to see who was there and where the other couple had gone. We headed away from the theater towards the back, past the video booths and the vending machines, and into the spa.

We found them at the back of the spa on the stepped seating by the TV. They were chatting with 4-6 guys who had gathered around them. They were a reasonably attractive couple, in a Midwest way. Both wore jeans, sneakers, and sweatshirts. Everyone seemed surprised to see another couple. I don't recall specifically what anyone said, but there was a comment about me being a "real girl." "Oh, she's real," RG said.

It didn't seem like they'd be quick to action, so RG asked if I wanted to go to the theater. He positioned us dead center in the "couples only" seating area. I started to relax as we chatted quietly. He said he'd never been there as a couple and seemed excited by the idea of this new experience.
