In this Chapter, OMCG is still in Las Vegas, & he will cover two theaters: Main Street Books and Video, and Fantasy World.
On a personal note, I have had moderate luck @ Fantasy World during my Vegas trips in the past. Odd setup, with the plastic lawn chairs and extremely dark adjoining theaters, but there was some couples fun to be had.

$7.00 Admission 2 Theaters, one str8 with approx. 40 regular seats, one gay with approx 15 seats. One admission for both. 5 foot tall wall in rear of straight theater, behind which is where most gay action goes on. Clerk says occasional couple, but mostly hookers and TVs. Bad area at night. Open 24/7 Door buzzer sounds when new arrivals enter theater.

Bookstore with arcade, theatre.
$10.00 admission. 24/7.
2 theaters, one straight, one gay.
Plastic patio chairs
In and out, OK but only for a few minutes (smoke break, etc.)
Large parking lot.Clerk says occasional couple, mostly gay.
