Katie Jay's Great Adventure (or Why Clean Bathrooms are the Key to Attracting Couples)

Let me introduce myself. Around most adult theaters and websites I am known as Katie, the ToyLovingMILF. My husband and I decided that on our way back from business on the East coast that we would frequent some adult theaters and bookstores and give our feedback from a couples' perspective (and have a bit of naughty fun, as well.) Here is a quick rundown on where we visited and what I thought.

Our first stop was on a Saturday night at a very popular theater in the midwest. This theater has a well-deserved reputation as being one of the best. Located in a large, old movie theater, here you can watch porn old school style on a big screen, whilst getting your jollies on. The Green Door in Bethlehem, PA on was next. This non-descript building is easy to miss, but the parking is plentiful. Inside are booths with glory holes and small theater rooms with couches. It certainly was hopping on Saturday afternoon. A young man was leaving as we pulled in. When I got out of the car, he re-parked his truck and followed us inside. I guess he was short on time because I think he left too soon. I had my hands full of cock as I finished off a couple of guys in the glory holes. The Art Cinema in Hartford, CT was our next stop—this time on a Saturday night. A bit of a warning, parking is very limited here. But once you find a spot, the hassle is well worth it. Once again, this building is a old movie house, with a wide screen for watching porn. (A side note – the movies shown were actually pretty good. I found myself actually watching some.) The upper balcony is set aside for couples. On the night we went, the couples were in more of a watching then playing mood, so we went downstairs to a special spotlighted area on the floor. One row is designated as a "join in with us" row, while the one behind is a "just watch, please" row.

Stores in Groton, CT were next on our list. Amazing Intimate Essentials has a great assortment of merchandise, and very clean viewing booths. Glory holes are available, but no buddy booths. We visited early in the morning on a Sunday, so no one else was there. But the staff was very friendly. Locomotion has both glory holes and buddy booths, but the bathroom was less to be desired. $7 minimum charge per person to go back to booth area. Couples are 20% off on Tuesdays.


Bookazine in New London, CT is closed. The area seems gentrified, so if you like art galleries and fancy restaurants, you can still go.


Cinema 309 in Wilkes-Barre, PA. This cinema is tucked in the back of a retail area, so it can be a bit hard to find. The staff is friendly, though, and the cost is right. Females are free, with one guest. The theater is modern (like one you would find in a mall) and clean. I took the time to strip naked, then suck and lick my hubby's delicious cock. Then, on Monday morning, we tried Modern Adult in Toledo, OH. This place has a store, an arcade (which we didn't have a chance to try) and a mini theater. The theater was small and hot, with chairs set in a semi-circle around an open space. I felt a little uncomfortable and claustrophobic. Cost was $10. Staff was friendly enough.


Monday afternoon found us at Little Denmark in South Bend, IN. This place caters mostly to gay males, and the viewing areas contained only men and only gay movies. The store and the staff were great, though, and I did find a nice see-through outfit for next time's play. And I almost took home the owner's adorable little dog! Romantix in South Bend, IN has a large and very clean store, with equally clean bathrooms. There are also small theaters ($10 a couple) and large viewing booths with couches ($7 per person minimum charge) This would be a good place for a couple to play on their own while watching a movie. We watched a little, but we were short on time and ready to go on to our next stop.

Our last stop was Exotic Adult Books and Video in Roselle, IL. We arrived on Monday evening. This place has a large video section and plenty of viewing booths with glory holes and buddy windows.
