One of The Good Doctor's favorite things in this thing of ours is the introduction of a new, amazing couple to The Journal of Adult Theaters. And dear friends, I can say this with first-hand knowledge, that Fixation and her hubby Mr. F made a serious splash at the recent Secret Room 2125: Lusty Luau Party at 15th Ave. Adult Theater Party Room in Chicago. Having the great privilege to host them at their first Lizardo event, they made an impression so deep that there is still a serious buzz at 15th Ave. days after their visit.
Fixation and Mr. F have submitted their first Field Reports, and they hit it out of the park with this report! They review 3 theaters/ABS combos, and provide terrific commentary on each from a hot couple's point of view.

Mr. F and I are still talking about our party experiences from our Chicago weekend at the Secret Room Lusty Luau Party. We have so much material to draw upon, it will be a while before we run out of things to talk about!
Do you ever wonder how the couples or individuals you see at the theaters and booths came to be there? Do you ever wonder by what slightly crazed turn of thought they pursued to end up in that place, at that particular time? We do it all the time about couples and singles. In our case, our origin story is quite simple.

At the last minute, my husband and I ended up with an unexpected free night. That doesn’t happen very often, so we jumped at the chance to do something different. Our plan was to pick two or three theaters from the Journal's database to get an idea of the wide variety of theater experiences. In nearly two years of theater play, we had only been to four or five other theaters.
After checking the database and discussing our options we ended up with two theaters that were close to one another, had a buzz about couples activity, and had requests for recent reports. Perfect! We were enthusiastic about contributing in some small capacity to The Journal and excited about the new experiences we would have along the way. At least that’s what we had in mind at the time.

New Release Video

This video store features four different rooms, plus an area with video booths. It’s tucked away in what seems to be a very discreet location. The charge for couples was $1, however that did not include access to the video booths. We skipped the booths that night, so we cannot comment on how they were set up, nor can we verify if they have gloryholes or not.
I mentioned there were 4 rooms...they were arranged with their entrances just off of the video store. Of the three smaller rooms, one had gay porn on the large screen and another had straight porn playing. Both had what appeared to be comfortable seating, although there wasn’t much room for more than six or so people at a time. The “cool off” lounge was very similar in size, although we don’t remember more than a two or three seats.
Forgive me if I have some of the details wrong. Once I arrive, I’m always very excited and seem to notice the men and the way they look at me more than the details of the surroundings. And, if you’re wondering, I love the way they look at me. I feel like a piece of meat and that alone is enough to make me drip with excitement. Fortunately, my husband takes note of the details of the surroundings even if I happen to miss some of them when I’m in that state of mind.
As for the main theater room, it was the only room that required patrons to be buzzed in. Once through the door, the whole room was visible, revealing two or three rows of what we now refer to as the “ubiquitous leatheresque couches.” The couches faced a large screen tv and there may have been either a bench or a church pew directly under the tv screen. Yes, you read that right. This is one detail we both wish we had investigated further since the jokes that could have followed would have written themselves. Oh well...an opportunity missed.
Getting back to the serious investigative journalism, we were surprised to find two very small rooms with doors at the back of the main theater room. Both had large windows (one way mirrors) facing the screen and had two chairs with room for a few standing visitors.
We did not notice any other couples when we were there at 10ish on a Friday night. However, there were lots of men in the various rooms and in the store. Surprisingly, we did not notice anyone masturbating or playing with one another. Maybe that’s because the lighting, while not operating room bright, was not as conducive to creating that certain sleazy vibe I seek. That said, I’m willing to admit I may be more accustomed to dark adult theaters where it takes a few minutes for my eyes to adjust.
Overall, New Release Video was clean and nicely arranged. There were lots of waste baskets within easy reach in all play areas. Rolls of paper towels were a nice touch, something we don’t always see. Additionally, there were large pump bottles of what we guess was hand sanitizer placed near the towels...very nice! I realize this isn’t a review and hesitate to offer any criticism, so I offer this in the spirit of a suggestion. A partition to block the view from the video store into the main theater when the door opens would be awesome. I absolutely love being on display and watched while men use me to get off, but something about the buzzer and the door opening to a full view of a slightly too bright theater is distracting to the guys. I have to wonder if that’s one reason they weren’t already jacking off before I arrived (something I love walking in on, by the way).

Vegas Video and Temptations Men’s Spa

This place is in the middle of nowhere, far outside the normal epicenters of activity for this thing of ours. However, it’s a place worth mentioning, first because we try to stop there whenever we are in that area, and second because there is a lot of couples activity, especially on weekend nights. Of course, it’s also nice that the ownership seems to be updating and expanding the theater/booth area with new room additions and furniture.

After his tour, Mr. Fixation reported to me that it’s very nice, even comfortably decorated, with multiple lounge areas, a spa, a locker room, private rooms, and a pool table. During the 5 minutes he was getting a tour, a male customer started a conversation with me. He mentioned he always makes a point to stop here because, not only is Vegas Video an excellent place to unwind, but the Men’s Spa is one of the best he’s ever seen in his travels. Apparently, it is highly regarded in that community and I thought for this reason I would say a few words about it here.
As for the theater/arcade pricing, I don’t quite know how much the membership costs. I believe it’s $10 for men and free for women, but I wouldn’t be surprised if someone corrected me by saying it’s $5 each. Once you’ve purchased the membership, it’s good for one month. There’s an additional entry charge of $10 per person for the theater/arcade.
The counter is conveniently placed near the front door and the entrance to the theater/booth area is through a door near the back. There must be about six or eight video booths, some with glory holes, located in a cluster near the end of a maze-like hall. The couple’s room is in this area as well. I would guess there are about eight rooms in all, at least two or three with gay, bi, or trans porn. The rooms are quite varied in size, although there isn’t anything resembling a theater style arrangement with rows of seating facing a screen.
There are a couple small, almost hidden rooms which are perfect for more intimate play scenes. In general, some of the older furniture is worn, but there have been lots of new “ubiquitous leatheresque” couches arriving at regular intervals. Hopefully, the ownership will continue replacing some of the older, booth-like seating in favor of more of these new couches.
Since the time of this visit, the owner has added two new rooms near the front of the arcade. One room has a door and a very nice rectangular ottoman, perfectly sized and positioned in the center of two new leatheresque couches. I’ve added a pic of me trying out the new ottoman:

Already, I can tell I’m really going to enjoy this room! Before I move on, I’ll quickly mention the second new room, which features a more open arrangement with two new couches. I’m already fantasizing about ways to use these new spaces!
Weekdays and evenings can be hit or miss. While we’ve always found willing participants, it can sometimes be slow. But, now that I’ve said this, the next weekday we drop in will be unbelievably wild. This, we’ve come to accept, is the the nature of adult theaters. Some visits feel electric from the moment I see the parking lot, and others build more slowly. But, with very few exceptions, I always leave feeling lightheaded and ready for more, even if we’ve stayed until the very last minute.
Weekend evenings and nights are a different story altogether. We’ve counted as many as eight or ten playful couples in the different areas throughout the arcade. Single females, while not as common, make appearances as well. Based on the diversity of the customers, there appear to be no gender exclusions.
Single guys of every sexual preference are everywhere along the dark, labyrinthine halls and alleys. I always dress for their not-so-subtle glares, soaking in their attention, and greedy desires. I show off for them, lingering for just a little longer than they expect, and invite them with my eyes and willing body. I love the sleazy vibe and the dirty mental space, knowing I am here to please these men with my husband right next to me, a man who loves showing me off and slutting me out. He knows I need this feeling, that I crave it more than anything. I’m so thankful he understands and wants to see me used just as much as I need it.
It’s for this reason weekend nights really appeal to me, since I have no idea what’s going to happen or how I’m going to be used. Finding theaters that have that certain feeling or vibe is not always easy. And, all theaters have off nights, but if a place has potential, it’s worth a second or third try to have the experience you’re craving. It just might be your night. And, who knows...it just might be my night too!

All I can say is WOW. Not only is this one of the best series of Field Reports I have ever published here at The Journal, it's a)from a first timer, b)from a smokeshow of a first timer, and c)written like this was their 21st report, not their 1st report! Fixation has not only stuck the landing, she did so with perfect 10's from all the judges!
A fantastic job describing what is important to both couples wishing to visit these establishments, and to what is important to Fixation. The dance we step to inside an adult theater/adult establishment is a complex one, full of nuances and non-verbal cues. Thanks to Fixation, she has let us peek behind the curtain into what makes her
Having had the pleasure to meet both Fixation and her hubby Mr. F, you could not ask for a more pleasant or friendly couple if you tried. Even though The Good Doctor had just met them, it felt like I had known them for years. And, as awesome as their pics are of Fixation, they don't do her justice as to how hot she is in person. Trust me on this, kids. I'm a Doctor.
