Hey Doc, this is definitely a different twist on things, but we’re sure your fans will find it interesting…….we hope.

We live and party in Las Vegas, but travel in our motor home throughout the country, and when circumstances permit, we like to visit new venues for this “thing of ours.” Recently, we traveled to the Reno area for a week in and around beautiful Lake Tahoe, one of the prettiest places in the US. It sits astride California and Nevada, surrounded by snow-capped mountains with world-class ski resorts such as Heavenly and Squaw Valley, site of the 1960 Winter Olympics. Nearby is Virginia City, the famous gold and silver mining town, often referred to in the TV series, “Bonanza”.

But enough of the great scenery and outdoor activities because it’s time for indoor sports. We researched the adult activities in Reno and decided to visit two places. First, on Friday evening, we went to Poker-Knights (http://www.pokher-knights.com), a local swing club. We won’t bore you with all the details, but suffice it to say that it’s a really nice facility and we hooked up and played with another hot couple that night.

Now, the male half of this couple is Bi and has visited a number of bathhouses around the country as a single and always had lots of fun, very similar to the kind of fun found at the traditional ABS/adult theater. However, the local Reno bathhouse, called Steve’s Bathhouse (http://www.stevesreno.com/index.html), has been operating since 1962 and is the only bathhouse for hundreds of miles around. Steve’s recently initiated “Coed Sunday”, wherein women are allowed in from 12 noon Sunday to 6 am Monday.

Doc here, a man who some say has made visits to Anderson's in Buffalo and has been known to consume more beef on weck than is recommended, with a great Visit Announcement for my WNY friends.

This evening, 9/3/16, Journal contributors Mr. & Mrs. C will be visiting my old stomping grounds of Buffalo, NY and will be visiting one and possibly two adult theaters. 

First up will be Video Liquidators on Elmwood Ave. in Buffalo (address in the adult theater database). The largest of WNY's adult theaters, VL has two large theaters to enjoy an adult feature or two.  Mr. & Mrs. C plan to arrive around 8pm ET tonight, so look for The Lizardo Lantern to shine above Buffalo's skies. 

And then, depending on how things go at Video Liquidators, Mr. & Mrs. C may venture north to Niagara Falls and to Talk of the Town Video (address again in the adult theater database HERE) .

A week and a half ago, a plane landed at PDX in Portland, OR. On board were two good friends of The Good Doctor, as well as Chicago area legends: JP's Slut Toy and JP.  They were in town to soak up the Portland nightlife, and to soak a few lucky participants. You see, this fitlilslut is a top shelf, five-star squirter.

Luckily for all of us, the poet laureate of this thing of ours, Brent in Portland, was their guide for part of this extraordinary trip.

In the hot evening she looked stunning, a submissive queen under his regal command. She wore a collar, he had the chain, unique high heeled shoes, a short, tight black skirt and a flimsy top. He, JP, was dressed in a casual, but expensive shirt and perfectly tailored, leather pants. He is handsome, like a king or a Pharaoh, and powerfully built. During the ride over to the theater, he made her sit with her legs spread, and after, she put on the chaps, in my car, I tried to pull alongside a pickup truck to show her off, but the truck sped up , when the light changed. They’ll never know what they missed:)

Well kids, it's Sunday and that means it's time for Smut for a Sunday Evening.  This evening, I thought I'd pull out my slide projector and screen to show you all of my handiwork involving the hottest girls, wives, and couples photographed by The Good Doctor himself.

I have had the pleasure of shooting some amazing women and couples over the years (too numerous to mention all). Couple's Flash Report! An Evening and an Overview of The Studios in Las Vegas, NV by 2hotinvegas w/PICS

Doc here, a man whom some say was the Food & Beverage Chairman for the Tangiers Casino in Las Vegas, with a much needed update on the Las Vegas adult theater scene from first time contributors and Las Vegas locals, 2hotinvegas. 

It is about time The Journal of Adult Theaters has a full time Vegas reporting team, and it comes in the form of 2hotinvegas. Experinced in the lifestyle and this thing of ours, they bring a point of view that has been sorely missing from The Journal. My trips out to Vegas are fewer than they have been in past years, so this addition to the staff is very welcome. 

In this, their first report, we visit The Studios in Las Vegas on a busy Saturday night.

Hi Doc, here’s our first field report!

From 2hotinvegas: Our first field report on this “thing of ours” from true Las Vegas locals who know the scene very well!

Truth in lending, we are a local Las Vegas Bi couple and we’re very active in both the swinging scene and the adult theater/club scene in Vegas. One of our favorite places to go was the Power Exchange, owned by the same folks who own the famous Power Exchange in San Francisco. It was a “pansexual” club, meaning it catered to every sexual proclivity and there was always a nice mix of people there, including couples, singles both Bi and gay, & T-gurls. 

This facility was located just a block off the famous Las Vegas Strip behind the Rio Hoel & Casino and was a huge 2-story building with an adult theater, BDSM dungeon, and loads of nicely decorated playrooms. But the Power Exchange closed down several years ago after it was sold to a new owner who had a little problem with drugs stored behind the building in a storage shed.

Fast forward to the present — Joyce, the former owner of the Power Exchange opened a new venue called “The Studios Social Club" (what happens in Vegas starts at the Studios) in her very own large personal home (mansion) located several miles east of the Strip in the suburbs near Tropicana & Pecos. The theme is exactly the same as the Power Exchange, i.e., a pansexual club where all are welcome regardless of sexual preference (and quite frankly, we have always found that to be refreshing, in that one doesn’t have to worry about being labeled). There’s nothing worse than going to a swing club where Bi women are welcomed, but Bi guys are scorned.

So, on one recent Saturday evening, we attended Charlett's swinger house party — she hosts swing parties every other week. When the party ended around midnight, we were not ready to call it an evening, as we wanted some more play. 

Now the Studios is only a few blocks from Charlett’s, so we decided to stop in and see what kind of trouble we could get into. We had been there just a few times before and we were really impressed at just how nice a facility it was.

A Quick Note from The Good Doctor: Eyes to the Sky in Chicago Edition

Doc here, a man who some say is enjoying his first full day at the editors desk in over two and a half weeks, with an important head's up for you, the good readers of The Journal.

The first reported sighting of The Lizardo Lantern took place on February 25th, 1942 over Los Angeles, CA (see classified photo to the left).  

What many thought was an invasion by UFOs was in fact a notification of a lifestyle party in the Hollywood Hills that was looking for more fine young men for hot wives in need.

Fast forward to today. The #LizardoLantern is a Twitter phenomenon. Men & women, couples & singles, and newbies & veterans of this thing of ours look to the skies for the signal. The signal of secret fun is just ahead, and endorsed by The Good Doctor.

Getting the signal to an adult theater is no easy task. We installed two Lizardo Lanterns last week: One at The Oregon Theater on Portland, and the other over 15th Ave. Adult Theater in Chicago for the huge Back to School Party.  Both events were big suck-cesses. 

Later Saturday 8/27/16, The Lizardo Lantern will shine once again in Chicago over 15th Ave. Adult Theater. A mysterious hashtag of #SaturdayTsunami has been floating around for a week now. I am sure the two are related somehow, someway. 

The Lizardo Lantern does not come out for minor events. It comes out for major happenings. And my friends, today's should not be missed. 

Here is how you will find out when this will happen:

• Head to @15thAveAdult (aka 15th Ave. Adult Theater in Chicago).
