This report dates from 2012, but it's a goodie! They visited Route 35 Adult Video in Pliny, WV, and this is their report.

Far away from home, MrsMoe and I were visiting family nearby, and needed to tear away for some "us" time on a Friday night. In summary, a good time, a not fancy but comfortable place to play, and a gentlemanly clientele when we were there. We'd easily go back if it not for the distance.
As to their hours... it appeared to be 24/7, but don't quote me on that. They were open when we went, and I didn't note much more than that. Sorry about no pictures, too risky.
